Returns and complaints
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes, you can return any products from your order and keep the rest.
Does the product need to have tags when returned?
Yes. Returned products must be unused, complete, and have the original tags attached.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or model?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving the shipment. You can find details in the Returns and Exchanges tab.
How long do I have to return or
exchange an order?
You have 30 days from the moment you receive your shipment to return or exchange purchased products. We want you to be able to try on and evaluate your order calmly and without rush.
When will I receive a refund for the returned products?
We process returns on an ongoing basis, so funds usually return to customers within 3–7 business days of receiving the return shipment. According to the terms and conditions, the maximum processing time for a return is 14 days.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
We try to process every complaint as quickly as possible. You will receive a response no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your report.
How can I file a complaint?

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels, and we do not pick up from parcel lockers or other collection points.
Can Diaco products be bought in-store?
Diaco is primarily an online brand, which is why we do not operate our own brick-and-mortar stores. You can often find us at various trade fairs across Poland. Follow us on social media, where we provide regular updates.
Online shopping allows you to enjoy
convenient terms, such as free delivery on orders over 399 PLN and 30 days for returns.
You can arrange an appointment with us by phone and visit our tailoring studio.
Orders and payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept online payments, BLIK, instant transfers, and credit card payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, contact us as soon as possible – we will check if it is still possible to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing an order, you will receive an email confirming it with the purchase details.
Delivery
How long does order fulfillment take?
We ship most orders within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
For "made-to-order" products, the fulfillment time is provided
individually, or you can find this information on the product page.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on the chosen shipping method. We offer free delivery for orders over 399 PLN.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, we also fulfill international shipments. Available countries and delivery costs are visible during the checkout process.
How can I track my shipment?
After your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it.
Sizes and products
What if I am hesitant between two sizes?
Check the size chart next to the product. If you still have doubts, write to us – we will be happy to help you choose the right size.
Can the dimensions provided in the chart differ slightly?
Yes. Due to the sewing method and the type of material, minor variations in dimensions are acceptable.
How should I care for Diaco clothes?
Care instructions can be found on each product's tag. Following washing instructions will help maintain the quality and appearance of the clothes for
longer.
Will products be available again if my size is sold out?
Selected models return to sale. Call us and we will tell you the chances of having your product restocked.
How do I take measurements correctly
to choose the right size?
Measurements are best taken while wearing underwear or thin, form-fitting clothing. The measuring tape should be snug against the body.
