Why Diaco?
Is the world governed by chance? Sometimes. But sometimes all it takes is an impulse.
DIACO was born out of a need – a simple, everyday one. The need to dress in something comfortable and natural that fits both the body and one's personality. After returning from the mall once again empty-handed, I decided to take matters into my own hands – and that is how DIACO was born.
It started with sewing for myself, then for friends. Soon my husband joined me – since then, we have been building a brand that has been dressing people who know what they want from life since 2015. We design and sew in Wrocław – for women, men, and children, with an emphasis on quality, natural fabrics, and functionality.
At DIACO, you will find clothes that have a soul: linen shirts, embroidered dresses, patchwork sweatshirts, raw cotton bags. There is a lot of folklore, a love for nature, and wild freedom in us – and all of this is reflected in our collections. We love simplicity, details, and clothes that stay with you for a long time.
We are not assembly-line fashion. DIACO is a lifestyle – sustainable, mindful, conscious.
Because the point is to stand out... consciously.
Construction – aesthetics – comfort
Every single design at the DIACO studio is created with full awareness and creativity. I am a structural engineer by profession with a genuine artistic flair. For several good years now, I have been combining this engineering expertise with creative passion and a perfectionist’s attention to detail.
Everything from start to finish is created in my studio — beginning with the concept, shape, and often unconventional cut, through the selection of fabric, color, or style, to the pattern-making and sewing of every single piece. I choose only proven, high-quality fabrics from Polish manufacturers, produced with respect for the environment. These are the materials used to create small batches—typically a few to a dozen or so—of unique designs, extras, and accessories...
I have so many ideas in my head! That is why at DIACO, not a single scrap of fabric goes to waste. I operate primarily in the spirit of zero waste, eco-consciousness, and slow fashion. Corporations, retail giants, polyester, and unnecessary overproduction are not for me! This life philosophy allows me to maintain a crucial work-life balance and to sew and design with a constant smile and sense of fulfillment.
