I spent a long time looking for the answer myself. Only time verifies our approach to life, and our children verify our plans. Is it possible to find the golden mean? I try, but of course, sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't:) However, years of running a studio have shown that the most important thing is to learn how to plan. Once we set working hours, we will find time for home as well. It is just as important to be able to trust others and delegate work effectively.
It took me a long time to get rid of the mindset that I am indispensable and have to do everything myself because, after all, I will do it best… Today, I want to thank the people who work with me – thanks to them, I have time for myself and my family 🙂
